Thanks For the Confidence Boost

NYC Cab Driver: "So what do you do? What's your job?"

Me: "I'm a writer." 

Cabbie: "For what?" 

Me: "I write celebrity gossip."

Cabbie: "Oh."

brief pause

Cabbie: "What else do you do?"

Ouch.
