These are the instructions for the pole dancing class I signed up for with a friend of mine. Apparently I need to find three songs I can strip to and six-inch heels. I particularly like the last line "There is no judgment allowed in our classes, of others or ourselves." I wonder if I can get that as a tattoo on my body somewhere: No Judgment Allowed.Of course, I would be exempt from following that rule. Obvi.
